Hi all I have recently decided to start freediving training (after snorkelling/diving shallow reefs for around 20 years). So I downloaded an app for CO² and O² tables. I set my personal best and the app created tables for me, and I thought I was set.
However, when doing the tables I had no contractions. I had not hyperventilated (only 1 big breath before the hold).
So I was thinking PB was set incorrectly. I had about 10 contractions before I stopped. Is this correct? Or should I hold it until I literally can't take anymore?
TIA
