I'm looking for someone to train with, perhaps in Monterey or somewhere with calm waters. I'm new to freediving, so safety is my first priority. My preference is for someone with good buddying skills and safety training.

Octo

Longfins, contact Octo. He is lives in the mountains between Santa Cruz and Los Gatos and is one of humanities great people. If it is ok with you I will let him know that you are looking for someone to dive with. He has been spearfishing for about a 6 months. Currently, his son had to undergo emergency surgery but is recovering nicely so he would probably be looking to get into the water soon. He is very open and approachable so don't hesitate to contact him. I send some contact information to you privately.
