Hi
I was wondering if anyone had any tips for hunting on sand I have seen some trevaly mackerel etc on sand but it is rely hard to get close with no cover.

Thanks

Try to get quite close, but not too much so they spook. Then try and lie still on the sand and throw up some sand. This might entice them closer and can also give you a measure of cover if you throw enough sand up. I've seen a few spearo's using it and seems to work. Hope it helps

Cheers
Mozzie

WishFish, I found this vid:

At 1,23 she is disturbing the sand to atract fish. The small fish becomes interested at first, then the big ones sense that there is something going on and come closer.

Thanks for the vid sorry I can't watch it because I don't have internet to waste right now
