Worst thing about a fish that big is what to do with it later. Last one we caught over 200 kilos was during a competition and weigh in wasn't until 10pm. We got disembowelling after that and by the time we finished it was close to 4 in the morning.

Who do you give fish to at 4 in the morning? Can't just call your mates and say "hey want some fresh tuna?" They'll tell you to F$%& off at 4 am

Cut it down and put the freezer, then make them sushi. But anyway, first you cought the fish, rest should not be much problem.
