Hi,
I guess this is and old question here, but after a search, nothing came.
Anyone have conclusive results about using
short, fixed time training tables vs long, variable time training tables?
By instance:
CO2 apnea walking table
(short, fixed time table version):
30 seconds hold (walking), 30 second breath (without stopping the walk). Repeat the cycle for 20 times
(long, variable time table version):
2 minutes breath-up (w/o walking), 45 seconds walk. 1 min 50 '' minute b-u, 45 seconds walks, 1' 30''/45'', 1' 15''/45'', and so on...
Same differences aplicable to static training
Any thoughts about which to choose?
Thanks!
