Hey guys,

I just got my weight belt and its ridiculously long.

I am thinking of cutting it to where i want...can i just take a pair of scissors to it or is there something special i have to do?

Thanks

Alright.

And after i put all the weights on i can just cut it normally with some scissors?

Yeah, just cut it.
Leave enough to act as a 'handle', it's easier to grab the belt and yank it in an emergency, rather than the lever on the buckle.

Make sure the belt releases easily, sometimes you have to trim the edges so it slides out quickly.

Alright i cut it and everything is workin out, Thanks.

One more question,

Is it ok to store my belt with the weights threaded on, or does that damage the belt?

it's ok, I don't know anyone who removes all weights from their belt after diving
