Sigalsub Nemesis – line guide screw missing (help needed)

Hi everyone,
I have a speargun (Sigalsub Nemesis) and I lost the screw for the line guide, the one located in the area circled in yellow in the photo (the small screw that holds the part where the shooting line attaches).

Does anyone know:
• what this screw is called exactly?
• where I can find a replacement (online)?
