Just looking for advice from everyone on what meds they use when there ears and sinus issues surface. Went today had alot of problems with ears due to seasonal hayfever congestion didn't think it was going to be bad, couldn't get past 20 ft tried several methods just could not clear *^%&^$ frustrating. Came home and took some bendryl. So whats your CURE, Please advise.

Firstly its my understanding that forceful equalization can do serious perminant damage to your hearing. Not saying you were forcing just making note if it. Ad far as sinus congestion remedies for me the sea water seemed to clear me up. But some use the neti pots to flush their sinuses. If i had any further sinus issues id try that personally.
