anyone who has one, do the sizes run large or small, the manufacture size chart-if I go by measurements im a Large if I go by weight im XXL which is a bit confusing which is closer to real sizing, need a suit for the pool

Get rather the smaller one. They stretch out after a few sessions and tend to get loose if they were not very tight at the beginning. At the first use you should really have problems getting into, but after a few days they will be fine, and will keep proper fit longer time than when they fit well at the beginning.

I just bought one this week. I am 185cm/83kg. it is XL acording my height or XXL acording weight. I bought L but it is still large. it is incredible sizing. Body part fits me well but sleeves and legs are too wide, well I am not a tri-athlet person, but a normal average human. It leaks more then I expected. So it is about sizing.
Even with this one I perform very well, it glides perfectly, I can do with that 25m pool just with one stroke easily. without suit 50m tooks me about 1minute and 3stroke/25m with this suit it took just 48s and I did only 2strokes/25m. I was really surprised.

Josh, I have the women's small. It fits true to size. I wear it in cooler weather ( like today) for pool training. It isn't the most hyrdrodynamic thing- it tends to get water in it and drag but for training that is ok. I would not wear it for comp due to the drag and the additional buoyancy.
don't think it will be good for Folsom or Tahoe :t

I thing that it is perfect suit for pool comp. additional buoyancy could be good especially for dnf. suit is very fast and glide well. I just try one max dnf dive and I did 150m in 2:50min (2 strokes per 25m). it is my first 150+m since last july close to my PB (156m). But right now Iam not in a good shape, I can do about 120m in my swiming suit. If I would have this one last year, my performance would be better. Its shame that it doesnt fit me perfectly, but with my strange body far a way from competetive swimmers Iam happy that I can wear it. And at last, for price of 190 US$ you will not find anything better
