Hi everyone, I'm a keen kayaker and own a two and a half man kayak (fits 2 adults and one child!). It is a robust craft (the same model crossed the Atlantic in the 60s and is currently used by NATO special forces) and, because it folds, it fits into the boot of a car.

Although I have spear fished in the Med a few times I am a relative newbie to the sport and an absolute newbie to UK diving areas. I am a quick learner and accomplished sportsman so perhaps there is someone out there who needs a mobile diving platform / boat to access remote areas in return for taking on an apprentice?

I don't know how remote some of these UK sites are but I have all the camping gear a person could wish for and I also have a car. As some might say... all the gear but no idea!

Anyway, I am pleased to join this forum and hope to meet some of you who are happy to share the knowledge soon.

Thanks all, James
