I know it is good to be relaxed for static training, but right now I am way too relaxed, I fear. During the last couple weeks I tend to fall asleep during dra static training. I am sure it is not due to exhaustion, because my work-life balance is quite nice at the moment :)
It happens during o2 and co2 tables, usually towards the 4th hold. It happens during ventilation time as well as during the hold. Of course I will unconciously start breathing again, or I forget breathing during ventilation time. The table is all messed up then and this really getting annoying by now. Good thing I am not in the water :)

Did anyone make similar experiences? How do you deal with it? What should I do?

I slept through holds before too. Try not doing them late at night in bed with lights off. Or you can just flatter yourself and say that you were so relaxed that you fell asleep lol

One technique you can try is 'active fingers' - try having your palms open with fingers active (not moving but engaged). Not the best for relaxation but if you are too relaxed it might help. The other obvious thing is the position - don't do them lying down, maybe try sitting cross legged on the bed.

On the bright side, if you hold onto that feeling and try and remember it during more stressful holds (eg competition) it might help you be more relaxed.

Or even better do them while you watch TV or read the DB forums :)

I bet I can fall asleep while sitting as well :) But I will definitely give it a try. Good idea to hold on to the feeling for uncomfortable dives, could probably help a lot at competitions.
