Here is a video from my last catch. This way of cooking is pretty popular over here in Japan, there is nothing difficult about it.
The skin with these fish goes nice and crispy, we dont put lemon on it but you could. You could also substitute the flour
for Karaage powder, from the asian shop. Its for making Japanese chicken fried chicken but works well with this fish as well.
Not all fish fries up nice like this though. I have tried to do it do some others, but would not go crispy. This fried fish in this vid. are small
they were chosen to fit in my frying pan. wish I had a big wok. Enjoy.
