Hello all, my girlfriend is keen on attaining a pair of longer fins, and i also so she can spot me on my attempts at freediving, why is it that manufactueres dont make fins for the smaller feet? would we have to go through a customised route? they dont seem to go below 41 and 36-37 is needed, surely there are alot of people with smaller feet who would like an off the shelf fin?

Are you intending to use the fins with, or without, fin socks? Worth factoring in to your sizing.

Surely someone out there makes small sizes.

Specialfins make openheeled footpockets in those sizes. You can check out their website.

even special fins dont make them small enough! open heel arnt really great for reaching any kind of depth, so i have heard.... even with socks the fins sizes are way out

advice please! still checking manufactueres websites, anyone know whats happened to palmes guidone? the site doesnt seem to work

Omer 38-40 with 3 or 5mm sox should work just fine? maybe in a nice soft ICE blade. Or Imersion they also do soft long blade fins in 38-40 which should be fine with thickish sox and will with a bit of training happily allow her to safety for you at andywahe around 20m.

just need to look a bit harder.

@Sublim_Descent: My 7 year old daughter has just been having a field day swimming with my old mono fin. She's shoe size 31 where I'm 41. She's wearing watershoes inside them and that makes it a perfect fit. Pretty mermaid.

Pretty sure you can work something out with watershoes (non-compressible) or socks (compressible).
