Snapper

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
How to cook a Snapper PROPERLY.

1) Catch fish.

2) Do not fillet fish.

3) Gut fish, and splay "Wings"

4) Score fish diagonally, about 1/2 cm deep.

5) Place upright on a tray, and stand using wings.

6) Bake for 20 minutes, on 180 Celcius.

7) Remove from oven and season using Olive Oil, Sweet Chilli Sauce, and any herbs.

8) Replace in oven and bake again for 5 minutes.

9) Serve whole with tar-tar sauce.
