I need to buy a new snorkel for free diving, hopefully a waterproof one. It seems like such a minor thing but my old snorkel that was waterproof was really bulky and pulled on my mask against the water when diving. Any ideas for more streamline snorkels?

Omer Slalom looks cool :)
I use cheap Beuchat Activa Tubair, i like it, its comfortable and simple (like almost all snorkels) ;)

I use a cheapy sherwood edge in all black. Its $20 and works as good as a snorkel can i suppose. Has the blow valve on the bottom and is a quite small hole at the top so you wont get much water in it if its submerged breifly.

Because I prefer simple equipment, I went with an Imersion Seriole. it is a simple J tube. I think it's great.

There is a very simple one from Tribord. just 5 $.

biggest advantage : floats in sea water --> not so easy to loose

sinks very slow in sweet water...

But i dont know if it's available in the US.
