I ordered my wetsuit from diveskin. Sent in measurements and paid. And well it says im supposed to get contacted within 48 hours. Its been 48 and I'm a little worried. I tried emailing again no luck. I tried skypeing him and no luck either. He has changed his status so I assume he has recieved my emails. I dont know if they have thanksgiving in greece or not. But still, im a little worried.

Anyone else have this problem?

Smartpart, I never got a confirmation within 48 hours either. I sent him and email 3 days later and he replied with an email saying the suit would be shipped within 2 days. Sure enough, I got my suit a week later. The post marked date was the day he said he would ship it. The overall waiting time between ordering and receiving was approximately 2 weeks.

Same here, no confirmation but the suit arrived promptly. Give the benefit of the doubt for a few days ;)

This guy has reputation of making great suits and delivering them, fast. I wouldn't worry. AFAIKnow, he's a very small operation.

I may be ordering a suit from them also curious as to your overall experience?

Spiros is a top dude, you can order with confidence I give you my word. Just make sure you measure yourself correctly, he will make the suit to the measurements you give him (as will any other maker), if they're wrong the suit won't fit. The best idea is to get someone else to measure you and to do it at least twice to make sure they are right.

Actually, I think that the people at elios have someone with ESP or a superpower concerning body measurement processing their orders.
When I ordered, they wrote back that I should measure this and that again, as the numbers I'd given them weren't correct. - And sure enough they weren't.
- Makes You wonder. And makes You happy. :inlove

In the end I attached a picture of myself, so they could have an idea of my proportions. I guess that doesn't hurt and might help.

thx pastor for your input

Got it. Its very good for the price. I highly recommend it. Though make sure you measurements are completely right. My top is a lil big, but its completely illlogical to ship it half way across the world for adjustments.

glad to hear it turned out ok I hope to be getting mine hopefully before Xmas (shipped on Fri, last week), Spiro seems like a swell guy,

Hi, is it nylon outside and open cell inside? They dont offer this wetsuit on webpage. Could you explain? Thanks :)

Mine is nylon outside and open cell (slick) inside.
I simply asked Spiros to make me a suit, all black with pads on knees and chest (I don't really spearfish - yet, but you never know...:))
Didn't cost more than usual.

If you want the suit different from what is on the pics on the homepage, just ask Spiros (the owner of Diveskin), he will work out whatever you ask him for.
