Hi everyone,
I've been lurking around in the deep blue for awhile to see what's going on. I know next to nothing about freediving, so my question is simple: How do I start? Where should my training begin?

location

the best way is still to hook up with someone that already do some freediving. Fill the location info for your DB user. try to look in the FIND A BUDDY / PLACE TO DIVE IN THE FORUM SECTION. I think it's the best way to start.

P.S. Welcome to the forum!

Thanks crazyfrenchmen,

I will look around the forum to see if I can find a buddy in Brussels. In the mean time, how can I start preparing. I run a couple times a week, swim some. I dive (scuba that is) when the weather is not to cold. Just for the fun of it I tried static apnea and after a few tries, I could do 2:45. How do you train? If you don't mind me asking?
