Okay so I popped through for a dive at a local spot the other day and one of the issues that has affected my diving over the years popped up again. I got frontal sinus squeeze pretty much as soon as I left the surface.
I realise there's a lot about preventing sinus congestion (eating right etc), but has anyone got any solutions for on-the-day dives.
You pitch up at the dive spot, everything seems to be cool and clear (sinus-wise), then you start diving and get a squeeze. Anyone know of any last minute solutions other than cancelling the dive :head
Cool!
