After spending 50 days on the seaside in summer, diving for more hours daily, I am back to hit it hard in the pool!
I am jogging/running on daily basis, so the body is strong and prepared. Just started with my basic pool training, including 25m uw on short intervals.
After the pool workout, I have such sore muscles in my legs, I cant even sleep well the night after
Anybody have the same experience?
