Anyone know a good place to go swimming/snorkelling on the south-east coast (UK) - days drive from London? Not wanting a massive freedive thing, just a fun day out, hopefully in the sun.

Guy

Lulworth cove is nice Guy - sheltered site and fairly shallow. Nice area to swim and there's some quite good rock pools if the tide's right. Also a nice place to go for walking too - nice hill to walk up if you fancy it! All in all, a really nice day out. Good pubs nearby for excellent food too.

Takes me about an hour and 45 mins from Yateley...

Thanks Donna.

A star as always.

Will probably head down there next weekend for a splash about in the sun because it is going to be sunny, oh yes....

You're welcome Guy - hope the sun shines for you! There's lots of nice places to go in the Lulworth Cove area - take your tent, I'm sure you could make a weekend of it.....

Have fun
