South Florida free divers/spearfisherman

Looking for a buddy to spearfish with. I have a boat and just moved to the Miami area. Fairly experienced and willing to teach beginners

Hi I'm from CA but grew up spearing in the keys.

I am having trouble getting a crew together for this trip to marathon. It is in marathon, my boat is docked there. I have a report from a few days ago where there were schools of hoos at a certain spot, and people having been getting them throughout the keys right now.

We alternate drivers since we drift. Please know how to maneuver and drive a boat (21 ft seacraft) and be comfortable picking up divers and setting up drifts as a driver.

If you ever plan for a weekend, I'm in.

I can take a couple days off now and then, but next week I will be particulary busy. I've would love to join you.
 
If you know how to dive for stone crabs I'll put up the boat and a hookah underwater dive system and you dive for them and we sell them.
 
In the future if you give me a bit of notice I am capable and willing to fly in from Mass to do some fishing. I have family in N. Miami and am often down there.
