I just ran across this beautiful video on another site. It was taken in Laguna Beach California. Its a Marine Protected area and has been closed to fishing for several years. While I was against the closure, I'll have to admit that it seems to have recovered nicely. Those large silver fish are white sea bass, which are our favorite targets. Enjoy the variety of underwater life in SoCal.

That was one of my go-to shore dives back in the ‘80s and I don’t remember seeing life like that! Glad they’ve protected it and allowed such a variety of sea life to thrive. That shot of all the giant sheepshead is nuts! I used to work my butt off all day just to get a couple shots at fish that big.
