A convenient means of easy entry & exit to & from the water, with gear & fish.
A nice, clear, easy to clean, convenient area for cleaning (gutting) fish.
A means to quickly & easily clean gear (freshwater???). Somewhere to dry it afterwards - and somewhere else to store it if drying area is in direct sunlight.
Some space for fishing rods and/or hand-lines, collapsible crab/lobster pots and bait storage.
In this part of the world, a heater for thawing out hypothermic divers & an inside drying area might be required/desired.
Fish locator. Radio. GPS. Cellphone (/satellite phone). Broadband? Solar panels & batteries/wind turbine to power it.
Fully equipped life raft.
Twin motors (for power, redundancy & spares) or sails & motor?
Some transport for shore (folding bike/electric bike/moped)?
