Hi there I was wondering if there was anybody who would be able to tell me where I can find rules and regulations for spear fishing around southern Vancouver Island. I am an avid recreational diver and want to get into the sport. Any ideas or info that may be out there would be appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome from Texas! I know there are several spearos up there that can guide you. Try the search threads feature to see if anything pops up. Also contact your local fish & wildlife officer/game warden. They are 99.9% helpful to those who are trying to obey the rules (there is the odd grumpy old fart). Good luck, hunt & dive safe.
