I just uploaded my marlin footage that I took last November off Baja. I'm amazed at how clearly the new You Tube codecs show the animals, and for those of you with high-speed connections, you are in for a real treat because you can view in their version of high definition. I'll be showing a slightly longer version of this show at the Boston Sea Rovers Saturday night film festival in two weeks. Hope to see some of you there. This video helps to explain what marlin really do with their bills—EVERYTHING! You may have to go to the actual You Tube site to see the HD.

Those fish are just so beautiful, so alive & vibrant, a total contrast to the dead ones I have seen lying on the decks of fishing boats!

Amazing footage! Whale, sealion and marlin all in one go!! I love the colours on the marlin as they go about their business - top predators!

Absolutely stunning, Terry. Up their with the best the BBC/Attenborough has ever produced.

Thanks for sharing!

Cheers,
Ben

That is good, those Marlin really can move.
But I buggered if I’d want to be a Sardine.roflrofl
Top marks.:)

My goodness! Fantastic.... When marlin shoots straight into your camera, I got shivers all over!! Divine!

Exactly! And having the title of this thread on the mind, I was expecting the cameraman or one of the divers get speared later or sooner, but apparently the scene was too bloody, and hence censored :D

Indeed amazing footage!
