hello everyone !

I'm new to the forum. I've been spearfishing for past 10 years.

Various experiences that i'l gladly share with spearo community:

- Mediteranea (Baleares, Corsica, French coast, Sardaigna)
- French Atlantic coast
- Adriatic sea (Croatia)
- Indian Ocean : Reunion Island
- Pacific coast of Panama
- Africa: Senegal

I was considering putting all this on a blog (for my kids and friends), and only got to show my Panama experience. Go have a look (unfortunately i only have it in French for the time being - one day when i'll have time...): gurp33.skyrock.com

Am considering a trip to Dubai this winter. Any advice or contacts?

Thanks in advance for your answers or comments

Hi Chef Al
Thanks for answer!
Texas. wow! i didn't know there was spearfishing action down there. i assume you spear alot in the Gulf of Mexico. Do you need to go far from the coast to find fish?
Cheers

We can spear off the jetties if the viz cooperates! :headOr we often go off shore sometimes 60 miles out to spear at the oil rig or shrimp boats. Visabilty near shore is the greatest challenge. Right now there seems to be a red tide with massive fish kill. I am planning a trip for Oct. 29/30 but...who knows right now! What is your favorite fish to hunt?
