I just came back from Bali two days ago.
I went spearfishing at crystal bay in Nusa Penida island and around Nusa Lembongan island (Bali). Both islands is very beautiful with crystal clear water and white sandy beach. The peoples in Lembongan is very friendly. They call spearfishina as "NGETER"
I only can spear few small fish because lack off skill (I'm a beginner spearo) and the water is cold if I dive more than 3 m (I don't wear wetsuit and don't have one). The biggest fish I can see there (in crystal bay or mushroom bay) is unicorn fish. These fish run off immediately when they saw my appearance. I don't have a chance to aim at them.
I also got bruises from loading my Cressi comanche 90.

I have a few question:
Can I putt a rubber or padding in the rear of these gun? how?
Can I use two rubber in these speargun? how?
How to spear unicorn fish?

Rather how Not to spear Unicorn Fish... I will not spear another one. The last time I did, shooting one for a nice old lady on the beach, I would up with 55 stitches, two severed tendons, and $15OO in bills. There is a Terrible Blade on their tails. O the bigger Fish, these can grow to +5cm. Razor Sharp.

You could always try a bit of surfing in Nusa Lembongan, that's what I did when I was there.

That terrible. Is this fish very aggressive after they have been shoot?

Unfortunately I can't surf. I hope someday I can learn this sport. I think It's difficult for me to surf because I wear glasses and very thick one. I use contact lenses when I go spearfishing.
