This was Pav's idea and a good one at that. Post your UK & Ireland campsite recommendation in here. The point obviously that the review is from the spearfishing/freediving perspective.

Tencreek near Looe. nice basic camp all the usual facilities bar, bar, bar etc indoor/outdoor pool. Right near Talland Bay which from a spearo perspective blew my mind!!!

Durdle Door Campsite

On the hill above Durdle Door and Man O War cove (15mins walk down but 30 mins back up hill due to resting - steep!!!). Nice site, plenty of facilities. Tent pitches are in pine trees so can be nice and shady in the summer. There is a bar and shop (selling ice). Good spot but needs booking up in advance as it does get busy!

clare the burren, doolin, (north of cliffs of moher) lovely little sea side village, clear water good pubs, o and nice range of accomidation camp to hotel, mabey strong currents head north a little, only 1 hr from shannon airport, realy nice place

I was driving and i saw that place .there is pub i think.dont know much about how fishy it is but i will check it this summer.
