The UKZN Underwater Club are hosting a spearfishing course with lectures by Rob Allen and Jeremy Williams. It's an informal course mainly aimed at beginners and is happening in Durban, South Africa in July.

Lucky you! Sounds good. Maybe they'll make it over to blighty one day & do one for us too?! Then again, may be not with the proposed EU ban & our rather inclement weather. Would like to visit SA & Mozembique someday.

Ya look, we have it pretty good here in SA, most especially in Durbs. Sunny skies, warm seas and Rob and co just around the corner when you need advice etc. Could it get any more perfect than that?? Oh, wait, it does... Mozam only 4 hrs drive away... Hope I'm making you jealous enough to come for that visit you're thinking of

I'm so excited about this course. It's beginning in a couple of days and we have had such a great response that we'll probably have to do another one soon.

Reactions: Mr. X
Well we had 45 people turn up for the course. Yikes!!! We'll definitely be doing it again, probably in a month or so since there were at least 20 people whom we simply could not find a space to squeeze into.

Super meeting Corneil and Heinie, hope to meet more guys from DB on the next one
