Spearfishing for Doggies in Upolu, Samoa Late March 21- April 9th

I'm a spear-fisherman from Hawaii headed to Upolu, Samoa in march. I'm comfortable in 60-80+ feet and can hold my breath 1:45+. I've got a good amount of experience spearfishing and am looking to find someone to give me some advice or connections to lead me in the right direction. Any help would be appreciated. Mahalo!
