Spearfishing/freediving at Punta de la Mora SPAIN

I am planning a trip this winter to Tarragona Spain and was wondering if anyone has any experience in that area with spearfishing? Just north of Tarragona there is a spot called Punta de la Mora and I hope to find someone who can share some information about this location.

Ideally I would like to meet up with a local spearo or freediver.
