Hello all,
this is my first post on Deeperblue. I am going to Central America soon and will be taking my own vehicle; I have been spearfishing for years with a hawaiin while snorkeling. I would like to take the next step and buy a real gun as well as get certified in Honduras for scuba. Can anyone tell me any places on the way down, where spearfishing is great while snorkeling, recommend a good gun or shop to go in San Diego, good places in Costa Rica or Panama to scuba/hunt, lastly what are the regulations in regards to spearfishing in Central America. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Jac
