Spearfishing In Malibu

Hey guys,
So I recently started spearfishing with a group of guys who only spearfish out of Malibu Colony. Although it is great for snagging some decent sized lobster during season it hasn't really produced any fish at all. I was wondering what are some other spots in the Malibu area. Thanks.
 
Head up the coast to 'County Line'. This time of year there'll probably be several kayaks to show you one of the best spearfishing spots that I've ever seen. The South end of Zuma Beach and down to Paradise Cove isn't too bad neither. Of course I don't know what they've closed off in the last 20 years.
