spearfishing in Puerto rico?

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.

I leave this week for Puerto Rico and I'm looking for any advice on spearfishing there. What are the regulations? Do I need a license? Where should I go? Who should I contact when I get there? Thanks in advance.
