I'm looking for someone who will take me and a friend spearfishing with snorkel and fins in the Corpus area in mid-late July, hopefully off an oil rig. Neither of us is PADI certified, so we can't SCUBA, but we'd really like to get in the water. Thanks in advance for your help!

The locals co after Atlantic Spadefish and Mangrove snapper at the rigs. You may want to check out Youtube for Corpus Spearfishing. You can freedive ther rigs if you want
I was thinking of spearfishing at Pensacola where I have relatives. Has anyone spearfished there? I would prefer freediving but dont mind going out with scuba divers.I have been scuba certified since 1976
