I have been spearfishing the same areas u mentioned, this was also my first year spearfishing so we might be of equal experience I'm not sure but I've jumped into this hobby full throttle so if u need help with anything or any questions I can may be able to
I live in Manhattan but I spearfish regularly when I'm on Oahu, if you guys have any dive spots, hit me up and maybe we can dive together in NJ!
