Spearfishing Noosa

Hey guys just moved to Noosa in the Sunshine Coast and have been looking for a spot to go. Does anyone know if the Noosa headlands is legal for Spearfishing and if not does anyone know of a good legal spot in Sunshine Coast or even Gold Coast? Cheers
