Hi people... I'm moving to the Greek Islands
in a week..... and a thought rebounds in my mind:

Are spearguns considered banned weapon at airports?? Can they tell me to leave it there?
Is it legal to carry one? Where can I find some info about this fact??

Thanks all,

Oscar

ofcourse you can take your spearguns with. Just as long as you dont try to take them as hand luggage. Pekka took his speargun from here ( Finland ), to england by air and had no problems at all.
Be carefull when packing them though, they might just get damaged.

You should anyhow contact the airport and ask them.

Greek islands would be nice.. have fun.

Tuomo

btw. You should have posted this to hunting equipment forum.
