Carrefour sells small Cressi-sub pneumatics (or at least used to a few months back)
also by the Corniche branch of QCB there is a marine outfitters shop, they carry cressi-sub pneumatics and elastics...
ur best bet is to bring it with you from wherever you are coming. otherwise just order online but beware of the jamarik
