I just bought an omer cayman hf 110. I haven't got it in the mail yet. What do you guys think about that gun, and omer in general. What type and length guns do you guys prefer? Also what are the best game fish to get off of the southern California coast?
 
looks like a sweet gun I saw one in a diveshop with a reel. The guy who works there was trying to tell me the 1x18mm band was a beast to load until I told him hes a sissy and I have to load a 20mm. The 18mm is a nice powerful easily loadable band you shouldnt get worn out from loading it.The only thing bad about omer is the shafts are thin and I have seen one turned into a pretzel lol. But the thin shaft lets you use a 18mm band with great accuracy and power.So carry a spare shaft for grouper and you should do great.goodluck!
