Anyone involved in the above?

I was afraid that would happen...

Registered to a chap called 'patrick maye' from kildare? anyone know him?

(Edit: I deliberately put a space in the www as I don't want a direct link showing that can be traced back to this discussion just yet, just copy and paste into your browser and remove the space)

Dont think I know him Rob but yeah was bound to happen sooner or later.

The last time we talked about something like this it was suggested for some of us to meet and discuss pros and cons. I still think this should happen. When, not if something is set up, it would be good to know it has been set up with an Ethos we would all agree on. The last thing we want to see is somebody setting up a club and allowing every Tom Dick and Harry to grab a speargun and go terrorising the coast line. There is no point in digging our heads in the sand and hoping for the best:naughty.

Hey BobDonny, I found out today that Patrick Maye runs Cill Dara Snorkling club based in Kildare. It is a long established club. They train on Sundays at 5.30 in Naas so I'm going over to have a chat this weekend. If anyone has any questions they would like me to put to him, post here or pm me. I will give you an update on Sunday evening.

What happend (the website is under construction)? I used to get snorkeling lessons there 6 or 7 years ago.
Jason.
