Spearing in Norfolk this summer

I've been living abroad for a few years, but am back this summer to the motherland equipped with a spear gun and desire to see what our own native waters can offer us...

Anyone give me any suggestions for places to go around Norfolk? And also, as my days of spearing in boardies in the 'warm waters of the tropics' are over, is 7mm just too thick a wetsuit for spearing? I need to make a purchase, just wanted to know what you guys thoughts were on what thickness, and where to buy...
