Spearing in Portugal/Azores/Morocco

Hello everyone! I am going to a wedding in Morocco at the end of May and will be stopping in Portugal on the way. I am hoping to spear some fish on this trip and am hoping someone could recommend some charters in Portugal (including the Azores) or even Morocco. Preferably I would like to do blue water hunting but I am also fine with reef if that is a good option. Any recommendations or contacts would be much appreciated.
