How do they compare with Rob Allen or Speardiver shafts?

I have used both and like them very much. I don't care if they rust after a 6 month period. I preffer to throw them away straight but rusted than a shiny SS bent like a noodle after the first serious fish...

Thanks!

Marco, if you can bear to read through the whole thing you'll a good idea about Spearmaster shafts http://spearboard.com/showthread.php?t=157124

IMO Rob Allen, Spearmaster, and Freedivers notched shafts are all the same quality as far as hardness, protective finish, smooth wishbone notches and strong tuned floppers. There are small difference in configuration of the sear notch, but not surprisingly there are also difference in notch configuration in any one of those brands depending on production date. These small differences do not affect fit in trigger mechanisms specifically designed for these shafts such as the Rob Allen speargun. But there may be fit problems in other euro guns, and you just never know until you try, even with shafts that you'd think should be consistent like Rob Allen.

Thanks for tour repply. That could be a problem since I"m about to order a bunch of them to be used in an italian (seatec snake) speargun I use in Venezuela and will be very dificult, if not impossible to return them.
Not to mention that modifying them with a file is not an option.
