Hi Folks, this is just to let you know that as well as the deep water stuff I offer through Saltfree at Chepstow, I'm now offering freedive training in Cornwall. If you'd like to be down longer, get a bit deeper, know a bit more about the physiology of what you're doing, stay safer, dive more elegantly so you don't scare the fish... we can help. We don't teach spearfishing as such and we certainly won't tell you where the best bass are - but we can help with all the skills involved other than the hunting part....

We have a weekly pool session in Helston on Monday nights from 6-7pm to work on time and distance (aka static and dynamic apnea) through the winter. If you'd like to join that, you first need to do our intro session - first one of those is 2 October 11am -1pm at Helston, £40. If you're interested drop me a mail to sam@saltfreedivers.com

New website - still a bit mid-development but you'll get the idea is Freedive Cornwall

We're also doing a bit of a nifty partnership deal with Cornish Diving to help you get your kit together so if you still need fins, suits, gun, belt we can help with that too.

see you soon perhaps

Come on Cornish chaps, don't miss this great chance!

As the great philosopher Socrates said: "The more I learn, the more I realize how much I need to learn".

A spearfishing-oriented freediving course out at Sea is something that none of us spearos should miss in his life.
