pikadilyo
1 half kilo tilapia
1 onion
1 clove garlic
tomato
slice of ginger
salt

make a slit at the back of tilapia, remove innards and gills. chop onions, garlic tomato and add a few slices of ginger. mix all add salt to taste and put all ingredients inside the tilapia(fill the stomach cavity) tie tilapia with banana strip ( from banana stalk make a small rope/ twine) and then grill. you can also just wrap the tilapia in banana leaf and then grill.
can be done on almost any type of fish. serve with rice and salted egg wrapped in banana leaf
(sorry bad english)

Hmmm, ought to work well with other large leaves, too. A couple of large Swiss chard, Savoy cabbage, or taro should be just as effective. This calls for some experimentation!
