I work as a commercial diver in Norway 1 month on, one month off. During my stay in Norway I normally work 4-5 days a weak, every day 3-4 hours underwater, always using 38-40% nitrox. So I think logically my haemoglobin is going low during my stay in Norway, but it is only my guess, not sure about that. Work is very exhausting. I have normally 1 day a weak which I can train freediving in open water but not deeper than 25m. No swimming pool here.
Can you give me any advice how can I organize my training while in Norway, some tips, taking into account my working conditions. May be some patterns that will work for me, for instance dry training. What do you do guys if you dont have a swimming pool near you? Any advice will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
