Hi all, great forum site here. So much info
Im a bit lost with a few things, I wanted to get into this and I did some training(on the couch
) before reading this site.
What I do is a hold and my max is 1:30. After that I take a rest for 2:30 and then I have a total exhale, hold 30seconds, breath once(in then out right away) exhale and hold for another 30seconds. I do this for 8:00min, two mins normal breathing and I do a max hold and hit 4:30 in my 3rd training session.
Why? when my best before was only 1:30.
I come to the conclusion that I force my body to do a spleen Contraction, would that be right?
My other question. I read somewhere that a spleen contraction only last 10mins. Is this true? if I am correct in thinking that my 8min interval above of breath outs gets the extra blood from my spleen, does it slowly refill right away, or does it hang about for 10mins and then refills. What is the state of my body once the blood is released? - meaning how much CO2 is in me and how long does it take to get back to normal.
Is it possible to have a full spleen release and normal amount of oxygen in your blood before some blood returns to your spleen?
Hope my questions make sense. Thanks.
