Hello All! I just bought a pair of Sporasub Instinct fins! It is a softer fin. Does anyone have any technique tips or opinions about this fin? Also, what fins do you use? I hope everyone has fun with this thread.

I think the problem is that there aren't many divers that bought the Instincts. They brought them out after dropping the Dessault/Sporasub footpockets, but didn't last. They then came out with the Razors as Mares and sold off sporasub to Omer. Having never seen a pair, I have no idea of waht they are built like or how they work.

Thanks for the reply anyway! If I posted a picture or anything would that help anyone? Its a very soft fin and very comfortable. Went diving last week. I was at the bottom of my favorite spring here in Florida which is Troy Springs. Its 62ft deep depending on water levels. When levels are high it's around 70. Anyway, I was coming up from the bottom and noticed that this is a very efficient fin with plenty of power. It got some scratches because of the rocks and everything but I don't think that should be a problem.

I have a pair of Old CS Gara 2000's. They have to be at least 15 years old and they still work like a charm.
I'm working on another set though.
Powerhead, that's pretty cool that your Cressi's lasted that long! I was going to purchase the 300ld's but I have a very wide foot. That's how I ended up with the Sporasubs. Great fin! Now the 2000's are stiffer than the 3000ld's right?
