Hi there,

I'm new to the forum but have been reading some of the posts and found them very useful so thanks for that!

Im having a bit of a dilemma on choosing a new gun however and would appreciate some help.

I was adament on buying the sporasub one 80 until i read some reviews on the seatec gabbiano 80. does anyone actually have any first hand experience with the sporasub one for example are the parts solid? the reel etc actually look a bit flimsy to me. is the gun quiet, accurate, powerful? is it worth the extra £70 over the gabbiano

basically if anyone can sway me in either direction taking into account i live in cornwal, Englandl that would be a great help.

cheers,
Leo

Plus if anyone has any ideas on any other guns in the same range that would be great!?

cheers

It is really difficult to find fault with any of the top range of guns (especially with the two you have listed). I have the Gabbiano and think it is an amazing gun but I would be put off buying another one due to the huge price difference between this year and last year.

I thought I had the perfect gun (Rob Allen Green camo 90:inlove:inlove:inlove) until I saw Tecdaves XXV Gold he won last year. I think I am just going to build up a collection over the years!
